Aging testing chamber

The Aging testing chamber imitate outdoor condutions (sun exposure and rain) to test if a product can remain in the desired condition in the next 5-8years.

It has the functions of testing high-temperature, aging and yellowing resistance. A 300W UV bulb is installed inside the oven to simulate the influence of the product color on the product during the use of sunlight or the high temperature environment in the container during transportation

Brusting Strength Tester

This machine is used to test how stronge are corragated paper so we know how they hold up in the trasportation process to make sure the safe delivery of products.

Other paper stocks can also be tested.

Constant temperature and humidity tester

This machine tests what reaction paper products will have by putting them in extreme conditions such as low temperature and humid environment.Usually we test to see if the gule will lose adhesiveness, if there will be crakes on the finished products. And catch these problems and fix it before handing the goods to clients.

Dehydration tester

This machine test how paper products react under extreme heat condition, imitatting the condition during sea shipping.

 

Double Arm Drop Test Machine

We are able to carry out dropping test for master cartons, or rigid boxes that protact the products.

Folding Endurance Tester & Print wear-resistant test machine

This machine make sure the colors stay on the paper surface perfectly after undergoing rough fiction.

Salt spray chamber

Salt Spray Test Chamber is made for testing corrosion resistant properties of metal parts, zinc plated nut and bolts, surface coating and paint.

Trasportation vibration testing machine

The Transportation Vibration Tester is to simulate the goods in transit, encounter different road conditions such as bumpy, uphill, downhill, cornering, etc.

Whiteness Meter

Whiteness meter is used to measure the whiteness of flat surfaces. In particular, the whiteness meter can be used to measure the white of textile prints, dyes, building materials, cardboard and paper as well as plastics.
